Volunteer 

Would you like to support the Indie Comic Creators of Aotearoa's kaupapa at the national or community level? Apply to volunteer as a community organiser or project committee member!

Volunteers get to help enhance comic creation across the motu and receive free membership for the duration of their volunteer activities.

  • Assists with designing and posting of social media content and the ICCA Newsletter

• Various - we are always open to reviewing volunteer applicaitons even if there is no specific role listed!

How to apply

Step 1: Fill out the below application form.

Step 2: Await the board decision regarding your application. You will be contacted via email within a week after the next monthly board meeting. The team will reach out to discuss what is helpful that fits your skill set or interest including time commitment needed and how long the volunteer role can be expected to last.

Step 3: Once approved, use the membership application form to let us know the level of membership you need.

Step 4: Ignore any mention of payment or bank transfer in the application form. You will not be sent those instructions.

Step 5: Begin your volunteer role as per the agreement with ICCA.

Please note: your volunteer membership (which gives you paid member access) ends at the end of the month in which your volunteer activities with ICCA conclude.
